Marketing Deptt: The goal of our marketing department is to explore new market opportunities for All About Staffing and to respond to the needs of its customers. Team: Marketing Dept. of AAS New Delhi : Education Department: Mukesh Gandhi, Head of Education Department, manages IELTS and RN Education Team. The IELTS Team department provides preparatory courses to assist candidates to pass the IELTS examination or the TOEFL. The recruitment department welcomes new applicants for AAS sponsorship. The team members assist applicants to understand the immigration process and to assist in their articulation into the AAS program. Generally, the applicant proceeds in specific steps to achieve the goal of being deployed to one of AAS client hospitals in the USA. The department assists applicants in these steps:
Team: Recruitment activities are managed by Mukesh Gandhi (Manager Recruitment) for Complete India and Jeevan Singh (Asst Manager - Immigration & Recruitment) for Caribbean Countries. IT Department: The IT department of AAS India aims to utilize information technology to serve its customers in an efficient manner. This department supports the various programs of AAS and ensures that technological advances are incorporated into its daily operations to ensure that applicants benefit from the expeditiousness of modern technology. Team: IT Activities are managed by Jeevan Singh (Asst Manager- Immigration & Recruitment) for India office. Licensure Department: This department serves AAS applicants by assisting them complete credentials needed for nursing practice in the United States. The team members assist candidates apply for required licensure examinations and to obtain the necessary documents to support such credentials. The team works closely with the individual state boards of nursing of the USA and/or the CGFNS/ICHP. Team: The members of the Licensure Team are: Jasmeet Singh (Asst. Manager Licensure & Recruitment)– Coordinates credential concerns of Philippines based candidates. Pradeep Singh (Asst. Manager Licensure & Business Development) - Coordinates credential concerns of all candidates.
Accounts Deptt: Abhijit will Supervise all Asia Pacific offices. His responsibilities all relate to fiscal and budgetary control. Human Resouce Deptt: Pradeep Singh serves as the Human Resource for India offices. His responsibilities all relate to all HR and Personnel.
